_Who is Made to Lift for?Made to Lift is for mothers at any stage. Classes are prenatal and postpartum friendly, and all experience levels are welcome.⸻Can I bring my kids?Yes. Kids of all ages are welcome. Parents are responsible for supervising their children during class.⸻Do I need to be “fit” to join?No. Classes are approachable and adaptable. Move at your own pace and modify as needed.⸻Where are classes held?Classes are held in New Braunfels, typically at Torrey Park. Location changes are sent by text before class.⸻How do I sign up?Sign up for each class through the schedule. Registering helps us plan and prepare equipment.⸻Do I need to sign up every week?Yes. Please register in the calendar for each class you plan to attend.⸻What should I bring?Water, a towel or yoga mat, and anything your child(ren) may need.⸻Do I need to have kids to attend?No. You do not need to have children to attend. While kids are welcome, women without children are also invited. Postpartum is lifelong—if your kids are older, you’re still encouraged to come, move, and share your wisdom.

• 1 hour of studio support = choose one:

• Limit: 1–2 hours per week per person
• Shifts are scheduled in advance and focused on studio reset + toy sanitizing (not child watch)• Must be new/non-member (or not currently on a paid membership)
